Following the recommendations provided by the health authorities and the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, we have had to change our scheduling protocols to provide a safe environment for our team members and our patients. Therefore, we have put the following measures into practice until March 31, 2020, or the following notice:
- All three locations are closed to walk-in and non-emergency patients.
- During this time, we only provide emergency services to our patients who require urgent treatment. Our emergency service is by appointment only.
- Phone and email services are slower at this time. We will respond to all phone messages and emails, but it will be at a slower pace.
- The only active lines for all three locations are:
- During the business hours: 604-792-7354
- After-hour dental emergencies: 604-805-2500 (Please note that this is a central emergency service for all 123Dentist network in BC)
- The active email address for all three offices is manager@comfodent.com
As the situation unfolds, we will update our protocols accordingly.
