Thanks to our amazing patients and team members, our clinics reopened smoothly last week. We continuously evaluated our new procedures throughout the week to ensure that we provide the safest and most comfortable treatment to our patients. Our team members are fully trained on the latest standards and are committed to supporting our patients during their visits.
Among the changes that you will notice on your next visit are:
- Posters and notes are posted in various places to inform you about the new routines;
- The number of waiting room seats are decreased, and the available seats are placed with social distancing considerations;
- Upon your arrival, you will see a hand sanitizer station to clean your hands and put on a sterile mask provided for you;
- Reception areas are protected with plexiglass screens;
- You will have to fill online screening and risk acknowledgment forms before your appointment;
- One of our team members will do a pre-arrival screening and temperature check prior to admitting you to the clinic;
- Our clinical staff wear specific PPE which is different from what you have seen them wearing in the past;
- All dental equipment in treatment rooms are covered with single-use plastic covers;
- There are marks on the floor to show you where you should stand to speak with our administrative staff and book your next appointment.
All these measures are put in place to ensure everyone’s safety. For more information about what to expect on your next visit, please click here.
We would like to ask all of our patients to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment, so our team members have sufficient time for COVID19 screening.
When you arrive at the clinic, please remain in your car and inform us of your arrival by phone.
Please bring a pair of tinted safety glasses or a pair of sunglasses with you.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
